Application process

We have two annual entry dates in October and April.

To find our future Management Trainees, we’ve developed a multi-stage selection procedure.

The first stage

Apply online. You will be required to complete an online application with competency-based questions and upload a CV as well as a SWOT analysis of your personal profile (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats).

The second stage

If you meet the criteria, we will ask you to complete online verbal and numerical tests which will assess your ability to analyse business-related information. Each test takes approximately 15 minutes.

The third stage

Candidates who have completed the online tests successfully will be invited to a telephone interview. At this stage we would like to find out about your motivation to apply. You will also be asked competency-based questions.

The final stage

If you pass the telephone interview, you will be invited to join us for our unique assessment workshop. We will spend 1½ days getting to know each other. The workshop including a number of one-to-one and group-based activities will give you the chance to demonstrate your skills. You will also have the opportunity to meet some of our current trainees.
