Job Search
Your Programme will commence with a 2-day induction workshop, followed by your first assignment. This will be in our UK Head Office or one of our major businesses, for example in Germany.
Subsequent assignments will be determined by discussion with your Group Capability Trainee Manager and will be agreed to provide you with a wide variety of experiences within different TUI Travel PLC functions.
After your fourth assignment you’ll attend an in-depth Development Centre, where we’ll identify your strengths and further areas for development. This will ensure your last two assignments support you in fulfilling your potential and prepare you for a role within TUI Travel PLC.
Throughout the Programme you’ll attend workshops and seminars and have many opportunities to develop your network both with Trainees and TUI Travel colleagues all over the world.
