If you join our Planning team you'll help create a wide range of mainstream and specialist holidays. This will involve deciding on which hotels to feature and ensuring that our pricing is competitive. You'll engage in market and competitor analysis, looking at the number of anticipated holidaymakers in each of our resorts and liaising with our hotel buyers. You'll also work closely with our brochure production and design teams to ensure that information and prices are accurate.

We're looking for people who are passionate about travel, great at multi-tasking and who have a strong commercial focus. Communication is a big part of what we do and of 2.1 degree calibre, you'll also need to be comfortable delivering against deadlines and key business targets.

Trading Assistants // Cruise Trading Assistants

Trading is all about selling the right product, to the right customer, at the right time, for the right price and through the correct distribution channel. You'll ensure that we achieve and exceed our profit target, using key performance indicators and identifying the best way to sell beds and aircraft seats to maximise company profit on a day-to-day basis. Driving yield management strategies that determine the availability and cost of full price, deal and airfare holidays across the entire booking period, you'll also identify and eliminate barriers to sale.

Our Traders need to be on the ball, always checking out the competition and up to speed on market trends. Of 2.1 degree calibre, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the confidence to make decisions that will keep us ahead of the game.
