International
There is a strong international element to the programme, with candidates from all over the world joining. The assignments are international too, involving lots of travel, and great exposure to senior management in each country.

Tailored
You will be provided with a tailored programme, including great project work, carefully worked out during an in-depth consultation.
"My first assignment was in Hanover. I created an assessment centre for Entertainers and delivered it. In my current assignment in the UK I am heavily involved in the internationalization of the trainee programme." Alexandra Kroth, Germany
"After 5 months I moved to Stockholm to work for Fritidsresor/TUI Nordic. I worked with HR in creating an online management tool, and then I worked 3 months with Business Development where I had some major projects, including Online Competitor Analysis and the Cruise market in the Nordic countries." Responsibility
From day one, you will have real responsibility in your role, delivering important work with inspiring targets.
"I had to do research, presentations to Managers and come up with recommendations to the Board on how we should continue with the products. I had a lot of responsibilities, which I liked." Annika Lignell, Sweden
"I worked in the Airline Finance team in Luton (UK) as an Analyst in a Fuel Conservation project. It was my best project, with high management attention and high financial targets." Patrick Haller, Germany
Networking
The intake each year makes up a really strong networking group – a base that will be invaluable in your career at TUI Travel. Of course, with high profile international assignments, you will also forge a lot of contacts in the wider business, which will help you develop your skills.
